Daniel Dean | President
Daniel Dean is the President, Founder, and Owner of Dean Concrete Inc, bringing over 17 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. With 4 years in pluming and heating training, Daniel began his career at 16 in NJ and later advanced to Superintendent at Shaw & Sons before launching his own firm in 2020. A U.S. Army National Guard veteran, he holds multiple certifications including OSHA 10/30, Boom Forklift, and a C-8 and B license with the CSLB. Daniel is a member of the American Concrete Institute and Laguna Hills Chamber of Commerce. Known for his integrity, leadership, and technical expertise- he remains deeply involved in daily operations and is committed to client satisfaction, quality craftsmanship, and team development.
Huestin Herman | PM
Huestin serves as Project Manager at Dean Concrete Inc, overseeing subcontractor estimates, bidding, and procurement. He manages supplier and subcontractor relationships to secure competitive pricing and ensure smooth project execution. Huestin also handles change orders, project documentation, and database systems- maintaining consistency across all projects. Huestin holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Colorado State. With prior experience as a Construction Manager and Foreman, he brings strong leadership and focus to every task, making him a key asset to our team.
Trevor Nally | Estimator
Trevor serves as the Construction Estimator at Dean Concrete Inc, overseeing bid preparation and project evaluations. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and brings over a decade of experience as a Project Engineer. Trevor specializes in RFIs, change orders, take-offs, project schedules, and blueprint analysis. Known for his attention to detail and process efficiency, he ensures compliance with project specs and fosters clear communication across teams.
Cindy Rangel | Admin
Cindy Rangel serves as the Office Administrator at Dean Concrete Inc, overseeing accounts payable/receivable, administrative functions, and client services. With 28 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, and HOA industries- she offers a well rounded skill set in project coordination and customer relations. Formerly a Marketing Manager, she has extensive experience in staff onboarding and operational efficiency. Cindy holds an OSHA-30 certification and is committed to delivering exceptional service while supporting the local Lake Forest community.
